Job Description

This role involves leading the enablement team and driving digital procurement transformation by ensuring the right tools are deployed in the P2P process, improving efficiency within the procurement division, and establishing a governance and compliance framework to adhere to NTU requirements.

  • Leading and embedding transformation projects, developing processes and systems, and proactively managing governance and compliance. Analyzing procurement excellence performance using KPIs, reporting key results and risks to procurement leadership.
  • Establishing a central platform or tool to administer the procurement process and automate workflows.
  • Reviewing past performance data to identify areas for improvement within the division.
  • Digitizing initiatives within the division and collaborating with DA and DX teams to oversee the process.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and overseeing transitions.
  • Owning AI initiatives such as chatbots and data analytics setup.
Vendor Enablement / P2P Support
  • Leading vendor enablement by providing suppliers with necessary tools, resources, and support to conduct business with NTU.
  • Overseeing P2P support queries.
  • Developing and revising knowledge articles for new and updated processes.
  • Ariba catalog management.
