Restaurant Service Associate

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, presenting menus and making recommendations as needed.
  • Take food and beverage orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Deliver meals and beverages to tables, ensuring that they are presented attractively and served promptly.
  • Check with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their meal and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Clear tables and clean the area, preparing it for the next set of customers.
  • Prepare bills and process payments, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
