Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Associate. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to members and guests;
  • Assist with daily purchases of stock and manage inventory levels;
  • Greet and serve members/guests, taking orders and serving food according to established procedures;
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, including storage, sinks, floors, glasses, etc.;
  • Recommend drinks to members/guests to promote sales;
  • Set up bar services stations for banquets and meetings as required;
  • Adhere to food handlers' requirements and maintain good personal hygiene and sanitation standards;
  • Report to supervisors any discrepancies or issues that arise during service;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Working experience in the related field;
  • Basic oral English proficiency (and another language is a plus);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work well under pressure and multitask efficiently;
  • A valid Basic Food Hygiene certificate;
  • Ability to perform split shift duties on a 6-day work week.
