Insurance Administrator Job Opportunity
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Administrator to fill a key role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing tasks within stipulated timelines and ensuring accuracy in all operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Input data into the system, including client and product information, premium amounts, and other relevant details.
- Approve submissions in online platforms and ensure that all scanned documents are correctly indexed.
- Prepare and send data reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Maintain effective working relationships across levels of personnel, both internally and externally.
- Ensure clear and timely communication networks between Team members and Reporting Managers.
- Perform ad-hoc duties, including assisting other staff members and responding to queries from advisers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to functional activities.
Requirements:
- Intermediate/Advanced level competency in Excel.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Life Insurance backroom operations preferred.
- Hold a minimum Diploma qualification.
- Possess relevant Professional Certification(s) such as M5 or M9 (preferred).
