Principal/Senior Consultant – Commerce Finance / Supply Chain Apply now at Robert Walters About the Job We are expanding our Supply Chain and Commerce Finance practice and looking for a Recruitment Consultant, Senior or Principal Consultant. The role involves managing the end‐to‐end recruitment process, providing exceptional service to clients and candidates, and driving business development and networking activities. Key Responsibilities Actively seek business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates and staying abreast of industry developments Engage and meet with senior stakeholders within your client base through meetings, events, and business development calls Build excellent client and candidate relationships by engaging with them regularly Gain a thorough understanding of clients' business, culture, and interpret their unique resourcing requirements Manage client roles, including writing and placing job ads, producing weekly mail shots, and headhunting Source, select, and match candidates with appropriate roles, ensuring only the highest‐quality candidates are put forward Manage the interview process and negotiate remuneration packages with clients Organise and attend meetings with prospective clients and develop existing relationships Key Requirements 2–5 years in recruitment, demonstrating a strong track record in business development and managing the full recruitment lifecycle Prior experience within finance and supply chain recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory Desire and commitment to exceeding client expectations, attracting top talent, and achieving targets Ability to build a solid understanding of clients' needs and industry trends Entrepreneurial, organised, and driven approach with excellent attention to detail Strong teamwork skills – enjoys sharing information and building robust relationships Initiative to make sound decisions and recommend innovative solutions Job Details Seniority level: Mid‐Senior level Employment type: Full‐time Job function: Human Resources Industries: Executive Search Services As a Disability Confident Employer, Robert Walters is committed to offering a fully inclusive and accessible recruitment process to all candidates.
