Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing information systems within the HR function.
Your primary focus will be on developing, implementing and maintaining information systems (IT HR) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.
You will also maintain internal database files and tables and develop custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- More than 4 years of experience with HR processes and systems, specifically compensation structures, salary reviews, bonus, and equity
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and some related modules
- Project Management – ability to organize tasks, dependencies, and resources into critical timelines for company compensation cycles, and keep the team on track with the plan
- Technical Documentation – organize and communicate requirements, specifications, and instructions
- Data analysis – Data and calculation heavy processes require excellent skills in analyzing data to provide insights as well as verify results within the system
