Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role as a Finance and Compensation Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing operational support for partnership compensation, working closely with IT and stakeholders to implement system enhancements, and ensuring seamless rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for partnership compensation
  • Work closely with IT and stakeholders to implement system enhancements and ensure seamless rollouts
  • Manage inquiries from various stakeholders related to compensation matters
  • Review and enforce business rules governing distribution compensation
  • Verify the accuracy of commission reports generated by the system
  • Extract commission details using queries for analysis and validation
  • Ensure proper implementation of commission calculation logic and mapping
  • Validate UAT results and GL postings within Life Asia
  • Generate billing and process journal postings using Alteryx
  • Perform reconciliation of commission reports, summary reports, and other commission-related payouts

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance/Statistics/Mathematics/Economic or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Finance operations experience preferably in financial industry
