Managing various channels (social media, electronic direct mail marketing, webinars) to maintain ongoing communication with Merchants
Developing engaging content and collateral tailored to Merchant needs and interests to foster a sense of community and loyalty and drive effective Merchant communications
Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to create impactful and engaging content that will enhance Merchants' experience
Collecting and analyzing feedback from Merchants and reviewing engagement metrics to measure the success of engagements and identify areas for improvement
Preparing regular reports on satisfaction, engagement levels, and campaign performances
