To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution Create internal design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanations and Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using CMI position and other managed services propositions To oversee projects and coordinate with partner, customer until the projects delivered. Ability to write, develop and deliver client documentation i.e. demonstration material, service propositions, RFI’s, RFP’s, translation of client requirements. Jobs requirement: Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales. Experience in managing the deployment of ICT/ISP Managed Services and end-to-end Enterprise Solutions will be considered an advantage. Experience in Network, Network Security, IP & ICT solutions, Project Management, ICT Solutions, Network Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft products Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Projects. Proven experience in campus network and wireless network design, deployment, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet solutions, including routing, switching, and firewall technologies. Hands-on experience in network solution design , implementation , and optimization . Ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored network solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Prepare solution proposals, technical documentation, and presentations to support pre-sales and project delivery. Familiarity with network security concepts , including firewall policies, VPN, SD-WAN, and access control; security certifications or practical experience will be a strong plus. Professional certifications (e.g., CCNP, NSE, or equivalent ) are preferred. Note: Position offered shall be determined by the candidate’s years of relevant experience and skillsets.
