Responsibilities Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution Create internal design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanations and perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework Structure and produce compelling sales proposals and commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using CMI position and other managed services propositions Oversee projects and coordinate with partner, customer until the projects delivered Write, develop and deliver client documentation i.e. demonstration material, service propositions, RFI's, RFP's, translation of client requirements Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Pre‐Sales. Experience in managing the deployment of ICT/ISP Managed Services and end-to-end Enterprise Solutions will be considered an advantage Experience in Network, Network Security, IP & ICT solutions, Project Management, ICT Solutions, Network Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft products Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Projects Proven experience in campus network and wireless network design, deployment, and troubleshooting Strong knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet solutions, including routing, switching, and firewall technologies Hands‐on experience in network solution design, implementation, and optimization Ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored network solutions Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills Prepare solution proposals, technical documentation, and presentations to support pre‐sales and project delivery Familiarity with network security concepts, including firewall policies, VPN, SD‐WAN, and access control; security certifications or practical experience will be a strong plus Professional certifications (e.g., CCNP, NSE, or equivalent) are preferred Job Details Seniority level: Mid‐Senior level Employment type: Full‐time Job function: Information Technology Industries: Telecommunications Note: Position offered shall be determined by the candidate’s years of relevant experience and skillsets.
