It's time to join our team and help build more sustainable environmentsWe are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join us at Mumbai/Pune, Maharashtra, Wavin India B&I, an Orbia business. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.**Main Purpose:**The primary objective of the role will be to ensure that Wavin has a clearly articulated sales growth strategy and to deliver the desired financial outputs.Ensure the customer base is well managed and profitable, in line with Company sales and marketing objectives.Develop and execute product sales strategy for responsible markets.**Main Responsibilities:**- Drive primary and secondary sales numbers across categories within the area in coordination with team members, achieving ABP to ensure business growth and profitability.- Partner with distributors in the area to ensure the accomplishment of overall revenue profit targets in the assigned region.- Plan and monitor network expansion, appointment, and activation.- Identify financially strong and reliable distributors and dealers, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.- Manage customer relationships to maintain/increase the existing share of business.- Maintain effective relationships with key distributors/dealers in the territory, driving their ROI through organizational schemes, etc.- Ensure distributor adherence to service levels.- Manage distributor investments and take accountability for the creditworthiness of outlets, ensuring adherence to credit terms.- Act as the point of contact for solving all trade-related issues and escalating where needed.- Monitor market-operating prices and any instances of cross-territory infiltration, and appraise cluster heads of critical information.- Drive cross-selling of products across customers.- Ensure effective collections and monitor credit levels for a distributor, ensuring adherence to internal sales processes.- Observe competitor strategies within the assigned region.- Identify the retail universe in the assigned territory through distributors/dealers.- Conduct identified brand and trade marketing interventions in their areas.**Our Requirements:**- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably Master's Degree.- 6+ years of professional experience in the Plastics & allied industry.- Ability to speak the local language is required; knowledge of the English language will be desirable.**What Orbia Building & Infrastructure Offers:**Do you want to make a difference by working with a purpose Count on a warm welcome at Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Wavin) Here we take responsibility for each other and our company.
