BioAire is a heritage brand with a mission to promote health and wellness through fragrance. We bring our customers high-quality essential oils, crafted to improve air quality and enhance daily living.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Host engaging livestream sessions on Shopee and TikTok Shop to showcase BioAire's essential oils, diffusers, and wellness products.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage tips in an interactive and entertaining way.
  • Respond to live audience questions and comments promptly to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop livestream scripts, product highlights, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain brand tone: informative, approachable, and wellness-focused.
  • Monitor livestream metrics, report performance, and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in livestream selling (Shopee Live, TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, or similar) is preferred.
  • Confident, energetic, and comfortable in front of a camera.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English (Mandarin or Malay is a plus).
  • Good product demonstration skills with the ability to engage and entertain audiences.
  • Passion for wellness, lifestyle, and fragrance products is a big bonus.
  • Familiar with social media trends, especially TikTok formats and viral engagement tactics.
