As the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to support our ambitious growth targets over the next few years. This role requires a visionary leader who can manage a dynamic marketing team, optimize brand positioning, and create impactful campaigns that resonate with the local market while aligning with global objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy to drive exponential growth, enhance brand visibility, and increase market share in Singapore. Brand Management: Oversee the evolution and strengthening of the brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's global vision while adapting to local market needs. Campaign Development: Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions, to drive customer engagement and sales. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions and marketing initiatives. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, operations, and product development, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies and alignment with overall business goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, media, and agencies to enhance brand presence and support marketing objectives. Role Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record in the retail sector and experience in scaling brands. Skills: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, manage cross-functional projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
