The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products.As a Resource Planning Analyst, you will work with stakeholders across the globe, managing our resource planning cycle and process for the AI Data Service and Operations team to ensure operational efficiency at a large scale.Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for resource planning for the operations delivery teams within AI Data Service and Operations.
You will work closely with the operations delivery teams to govern planning parameters and review ad-hoc resource requests.
You will analyze data to review operations volume and performance trends.
You will drive process improvement projects to regularly improve the resource planning process.
You will manage capacity delivery schedules and use data-driven analysis to model various deployment scenarios.
You will work with cross-functional teams to improve capacity monitoring and reporting tools.
Your ability to work in a high-tempo environment and adapt to day-to-day challenges is essential.
Your resilience and commitment to self-care will help manage the emotional demands of the role.
Qualifications
What should I bring with me?
Minimal Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or statistics.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience, such as data analysis, resource management, and strategic planning.
Expert in data analysis, minimally using Excel.
Keen eye for details - comfortably handling large sets of data.
Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong expertise in utilizing SQL and other data analysis tools.
Experience in labeling/data annotation.
Regional/global working experience.
Proven experience in a BPO/Social Media/Call center environment.
