The Opportunity

We're looking for a senior AI Engineer to join our team and help develop the cutting-edge machine learning models that power our cultural intelligence platform. You'll be working at the intersection of natural language processing, computer vision, and cultural analytics, building AI systems that can understand and interpret human behavior at scale.

What You'll Own
  • Build Advanced AI Systems: Develop and optimize machine learning models that can extract cultural insights from diverse data sources
  • Scale Our ML Infrastructure: Design and implement efficient, scalable AI infrastructure that can process billions of digital interactions
  • Drive Innovation: Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques in NLP, computer vision, and predictive modeling
  • Enhance Model Performance: Continuously improve model accuracy, efficiency, and interpretability
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with data science, engineering, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into our platform
What Makes You Amazing
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience. We will also factor in relevant certifications and Github projects (e.g. Coursera).
    • We welcome candidates with a background in Computer Science, Engineering and related fields.
    • A background in Social Sciences, with a focus on Social Statistics, is particularly advantageous.
  • Versed in one or more programming languages, such as Python (preferred), R, Java, or C/C++
  • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and experience working with LLMs such as GPT4, Gemini or similar models.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into existing AI systems and develop production-ready workflows that leverage LLMs for complex business use cases, such as automated insight retrieval and generative product concepts, driving business value and operational efficiency.
  • Dealing with large data sets using modern data warehouses such as Big Query.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and managing ambiguity.
