Job Description
We are looking for a thoughtful and driven HR Associate to join our team and lead initiatives that shape meaningful employee experiences. This role goes beyond event coordination — it's about anticipating employee needs, designing inclusive and thoughtful programs, and acting with ownership and urgency across all touchpoints in the employee lifecycle.
Design and Deliver Engagement Programs: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives that are inclusive, purposeful, and tailored to team needs. Go beyond logistics to ensure every initiative contributes meaningfully to the employee experience.
Ensure Ownership from End to End: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for event delivery, proactively plan for risks (e.g., backup plans), and follow through on feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
Drive Seamless HR Processes: Oversee the employee lifecycle — onboarding, transfers, and offboarding — with thoughtfulness and precision to ensure every touchpoint is handled smoothly and respectfully.
Act as a Trusted HR Liaison: Respond to employee queries on HR policies and processes with clarity, timeliness, and professionalism.
Craft Internal Communication Narratives: Prepare clear and engaging communications (e.g., internal emails, decks) to support HR initiatives and cultural moments.
Monitor and Evaluate Initiatives: Track participation and feedback, measure effectiveness of engagement efforts, and propose data-informed improvements.
Support Wider HR Projects: Contribute to L&D, employee relations, or special initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements
Degree in Psychology, HRM, Organisational Behaviour or related fields from a recognized university.
1–3 years of experience in employee engagement, learning & development, or HR operations is preferred.
Strong ownership mindset — sees tasks through proactively from start to finish, with minimal hand-holding.
Works with urgency and thoughtfulness — prioritizes time-sensitive tasks and considers downstream impact.
Empathy-driven and detail-oriented — thinks from the employee's perspective and anticipates edge cases (e.g., inclusivity, accessibility, risks).
Excellent communicator — able to craft clear, tactful messaging and collaborate with stakeholders across levels.
Team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
