Our organization is dedicated to promoting fair treatment of domestic workers in Singapore and fostering cohesive social integration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews with migrant domestic workers in their native language, assisted by interpreters if required, to gain insight into employment and welfare conditions.
  • Provide assistance or advisory services on employment-related matters to MDWs and employers.
  • Escalate instances of employment and welfare infringements to relevant authorities.
  • Document interview responses and compile reports.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Minimum N level qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist, office administrator or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to converse in Tagalog or Hindi to communicate with native speakers.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.

This position requires a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
