Roles & Responsibilities About Us: Muslimin Trust Fund Association (MTFA) is a rapidly growing nonprofit organisation dedicated to serving the underprivilege community in Singapore. Established with the aim of providing financial assistance and support to Muslims in need, MTFA focuses on various areas such as education, healthcare, welfare, and social services. As our organisation continues to expand, we are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. Role Overview: The Executive Officer at Ihsan Kidney Care (IKC) supports the daily running of the centre and ensures smooth operations. This includes working with the Centre Manager and Assistant Nurse Manager to plan procedures, manage purchases and inventory, and support staff. The role also handles patient feedback, public enquiries, and assists with financial matters like claims and billing. The Executive keeps records updated, manages IKC's online portals, supports committee work, and helps improve service quality. This role requires good coordination with different teams to make sure everything at IKC runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily administrative operations of the centre Assist in planning and reviewing procedures to improve efficiency Manage procurement, inventory, and general office supplies Support finance-related tasks such as billing, claims, and donations Handle public and patient enquiries, feedback, and complaints Maintain accurate records, including staff leave and centre documentation Supervise support staff and ensure smooth coordination of services Liaise with internal departments and external partners Provide administrative support to the management and committee Perform any other duties as assigned Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field At least 2 years of relevant administrative or operations experience, preferably in a healthcare or social service setting Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with managing online systems/portals Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of procurement or basic finance processes is an advantage PDPA Notice: By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy ( ) regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data.
