Empowering Clients through Mindful Movement

We are seeking a passionate and certified Pilates Instructor to join our team and help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

The ideal candidate will be a committed professional with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of anatomy, and a passion for the Pilates method.

  • Pilates Instruction : Lead and instruct classes adhering to Pilates principles while providing variations and modifications for different abilities and client needs.
  • Client Engagement : Create a welcoming, encouraging, and safe atmosphere for all clients, regardless of their fitness level or background.
  • Program Design : Develop and deliver creative, well-rounded class sequences that cater to diverse client needs.
  • Client Care : Conduct screenings, provide personalized attention, and offer hands-on corrections and verbal cues to ensure proper form and alignment.
  • Studio Operations : Assist with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Professional Development : Stay up-to-date with industry developments, continuing education, and participate in training sessions.
  • Brand Ambassadorship : Represent the brand's values, building strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.

Key Qualifications

  • Certification : Hold a comprehensive Pilates certification from a recognized training body.
  • Experience : A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience is preferred.
  • Anatomy Knowledge : Possess a strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
  • Communication : Demonstrate exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability : Be able to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and client needs.
  • Energy & Passion : Exude a high-energy, enthusiastic, and positive personality.
  • Reliability : Maintain punctuality, dependability, and a consistent class schedule.
