Handle guest check-out and billing efficiently, friendly, and hassle-free. Promote the Holiday Inn Express 'one team approach' and reliable service via daily communication with team members. Participate in programs to improve team engagement and uphold brand service behaviors. Plan and assign work, establish performance and development goals with the Duty Manager. Ensure compliance with laws and safety regulations. Check guests in and out, confirming details and payments, issuing keys, and handling inquiries and complaints. Manage cashiering, foreign exchange, and special guest needs. Maintain brand standards, handle reservations, and manage reports and room allocations. Perform food and beverage service, organize guest areas, and update local knowledge. Enroll and recognize IHG Rewards Club members. Handle finance/admin tasks like petty cash, purchasing, and billing. Follow occupational health and safety policies and support corporate responsibility initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Minimum high school/secondary education or college degree preferred. Positive attitude, good communication skills, basic computer literacy, and English proficiency required. Hotel operations or service experience is a plus.
