You Will Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand channel partnerships and drive revenue growth. Identify and engage with potential channel partners, building strong relationships to enhance collaboration and mutual success. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, offering, delivery, operation, etc) to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership strategies. Monitor and report on the performance of channel partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Represent Lenovo PCCW Solutions at industry events and conferences, promoting our solutions and capabilities. You Bring Proven experience in sales, business development and channel partnership management, preferably in the IT and technology sector. Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, cloud, and data practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Technical proficiency in solution architecture, including experience with AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.
