Overview Job Highlights Located at Upper Changi (Transport will be provided)5 Days 1 Year Contract (Renewable)Up to $4,000 (Depends on experience)Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation, for roles across various levels. Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to align manpower planning and hiring strategies with organizational needs. Contribute to the design and execution of HR programs, budgets, and employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers, external agencies, universities, and government stakeholders. Drive proactive candidate sourcing using job portals, LinkedIn, and other creative channels. Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry forums to enhance visibility and strengthen the employer brand. Prepare, present, and finalize employment offers in a timely and professional manner. Leverage HR data and analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and recommend process improvements. Support HR Business Partners in refining job specifications, competency frameworks, and workforce planning. Assist in broader HR projects and initiatives as required, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview, assessment, and selection processes. Experience developing and maintaining talent pipelines and industry relationships. Experience with Workday is an advantage. IHRP-CP certification preferred but not required.
