Job Summary:
You will work as a Transaction Coordinator, responsible for managing multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle, including loan closing and servicing coordination, client onboarding, data management, and quality control.
This role involves supporting loan origination and lifecycle management for large complex syndicated and bilateral loans, collaborating with business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, and other stakeholders. You will maintain data quality, process controls, and compliance with policies/regulations, manage deal closing pipeline, coordinate transactions, and perform quality checks.
Main Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in wholesale loan products (syndicated/bilateral) with understanding of legal documentation, deal structures, and funding mechanics. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong organizational and time management skills, understanding of corporate and regulatory policies for lending, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are required.
