Responsibilities
Respond to user inquiries via chat, tickets, and other communication channels, providing complete and accurate information and solutions.
Record and summarize user issues, and provide suggestions for product and process optimization.
Stay up to date with industry product developments and business processes.
Handle other daily customer service-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Prior experience in the blockchain industry.
Experience in
contract trading customer service .
Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to be used as a working language.
Proficiency in using office software.
Quick thinking, strong logical reasoning, excellent communication and expression skills, strong learning ability, and ability to work under pressure.
