We are seeking talented and entrepreneurial Chef Partners who are passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences. Whether your expertise is in Chinese, Vegetarian, Japanese, Western, or Indian cuisine, this is your chance to co-create and grow a brand from the ground up, shaping menus and leading a team with a focus on quality, creativity, and consistency.
What You'll Do
  • Craft and design menus that excite and delight diners.
  • Standardize kitchen processes while managing food costs effectively.
  • Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, consistent dishes.
  • Drive product R&D, seasonal menu innovations, and culinary creativity.
  • Play a key role in profit-sharing and long-term brand development.
What We're Looking For
  • Mastery of at least one of the following cuisines: Chinese, Vegetarian, Japanese, Western, or Indian.
  • Prior kitchen management experience preferred.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with passion for building and growing a brand together.
  • Strong commitment to hygiene, standardization, and consistency.
