Job Responsibilities
Summary

The incumbent will report to the Head of TMT, Asia Pacific (excl Japan) and primarily be responsible for originating, and to some extent executing, event driven financings for clients in the TMT sector across Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities include:

  • Focus on origination and structuring of debt financing, particularly in the digital infrastructure sector
  • Work with country bankers and product bankers across Project Finance, Acquisition & Leveraged Finance and Syndicated Loans to provide financing solutions to clients
  • Secure lead underwriting roles and work towards becoming the go-to
