Product Sales Manager, Energy and Digital Solutions
Our client is a global leader in material handling and in energy and digital solutions. They are looking for a Product Sales Manager to act as the bridge between their manufacturing sites, suppliers, and frontline sales. You will be the product expert in energy solutions, safety accessories, fleet management systems, and customized truck solutions, combining technical know-how with commercial insight to drive business across the APAC region, particularly in Singapore and Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
Serve as product specialist for energy solutions, digital solutions, attachments, and safety products.
Support sales in application engineering, particularly for customized builds, energy solutions, safety products, and digital offerings.
Support sales with application engineering, product demos, and solution recommendations.
Track orders, lost deals, and product performance; provide market insights on pricing and competition.
Develop sales tools, promotional materials, and training programs for regional teams.
Lead product launches, communication strategies, and act as a consultant to sales and customers.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Experience in sales or product management; material handling and energy solutions industry is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Resilient, able to handle high-pressure environments, especially in the early stages of onboarding.
