Job Title: Senior Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Director to lead our project teams in delivering high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams, ensuring that all project objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.
  • C coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore or accreditation as a Professional Project Manager (PPM) by the Singapore Project Management Institute (SPM).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in PUB projects, water, wastewater projects are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the safety and timely delivery of large-scale projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
