Admin and HR Executive Location: Jurong Working Days: Mon - Fri Working Hours: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Salary : $3,800 - $4,200Reports to: Admin & HR Director Job Description Recruitment & Staffing Build recruitment framework from scratch for factory set‐up. Manage recruitment channels, organize interviews and selection, and maintain a talent pool. Employee Relations & Compliance Handle employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and confirmation procedures. Support in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations. Compensation & Benefits Assist in developing salary structure and benefits policies. Manage payroll, CPF contributions, and statutory requirements. Training & Development Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies. Support in establishing performance management systems. Government & Administrative Affairs Assist with work pass (WP, S Pass, EP) applications and renewals. Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with employment regulations. Others Support the Admin & HR Director in departmental management and ad‐hoc projects. Requirements Diploma's degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of HR management experience; experience in manufacturing or factory start‐up is preferred. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and manpower regulations.
