**Client**: A1, Main Contractor, Construction, Water plant, Oil & Gas Etc.
- **Location**: West Area, Company Transport pick up from Jurong East MRT
- **Working hrs**: 5 days/ Mon - Fri./ 40hrs work week
- **Salary**: $ 4.5 - $ 5.5K, Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- Reporting to Senior HR Manager/ HOD, able to work within a team of 6/8 in the HR dept.
- Min **4 years of experience in Singapore’**s HR Operations, those from the Construction industry added advantage.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and knowledge in **Prosoft / HRIS Payroll** added advantage.
- Managed medical claims and staff insurances, Managed GL with good presentation skills
- excel advanced user, PowerPoint, analytical skills.
- Strong comprehension and communication skills, both written and spoken, to interface with all levels of people internally and externally
- Bilingual in English/ Mandarin added advantage as required to work with Chinese-speaking colleagues & sometimes need to communicate with the site’s Chinese workers.
- Resourceful, self-driven, and possessed a high degree of professional integrity
- Willing to work in the West Area, with Transport pick-up from Jurong East MRT.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reconciliation, CPF, FWL & GL etc
- Able to handle 500- 600 staff payroll.
- To handle staff compensation & benefits
- Updating of all Medical schemes and processing of payments including MWOC
- Handle HR internal and external audits
- Provide input for mandatory surveys
