**Remuneration**:Neg based on Qualification, Experience & Capability

**Requirement**:

- Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Min 5 -10 years Singapore Construction Site Experience.
- Min 3 - 5 years of experience as QA/QC Engineer/ Manager
- PUB project experience is an advantage.
- Willing to work in the West area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage Internal audits at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality and environmental audits.
- Monitor quality reports and other documents to ensure that all relevant project quality records are properly controlled and maintained.
- Conduct inspections and testing exercises according to the QMS.
- Identify potential technical issues and provide recommendations to rectify them.
- Liaise with clients, project teams, and external parties on project quality-related matters.
- Responsible for assuring the implementation and compliance with the Quality Assurance System.
- Control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System (QMS)
- Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other QA/QC documents
- Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
- Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
