Responsibilities
Build solutions on Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) based on customers' business use cases. Building solutions on other RPA tools may be required.
Handle the design of custom tables and storage of data in Microsoft Dataverse.
Understand available data connectors provided by Power Platform and manage interfaces to other systems.
Participate with team lead in pre-sales / business development activities that will involve meetings with customers.
Provide feedback on feasibility studies of applying Power Platform solutions to company customers business use cases.
Additional activities include case study survey, business model development, generate discussion papers and/or proposal materials, and creating solution demos.
Assist team lead in requirements discovery & gathering activities: run meetings with external stakeholders, understanding of business background, gathering business requirements and drive workshops with strong English communication skill, with ability to clearly and concisely explain complex problems and technologies to non-expert and executive audiences.
Work with customers across industries such as Healthcare, Smart City, Retail, Trading, Power Plant, Port Operation, Machinery and Finance.
Adapt quickly to different business domains and create solutions appropriate for the corresponding domains.
Handle confidential data and comply with security policies and data governance guidelines set by Company customers.
Collaborate closely with various third-party stakeholders, both non-technical and technical.
Proactively propose value-added features and design considerations for security and data integrity, even if not requested by business users.
Maintain the system, troubleshoot, and operate as part of the role.
Qualifications
At least Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
2 years of working experience as a developer, business analyst, IT project management, IT consulting or equivalent, including experience in meetings with clients and users.
a) Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools or equivalent (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or other RPA tools) to automate tasks and create reports for clients.
b) Knowledge of low-code programming or scripting languages, such as Power Fx, SQL.
c) Good understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint List, with ability to build customized tables.
d) Good understanding of common business processes such as accounting, purchasing, sales, etc.
e) Ability to convert requirements into system solutions and collaborate to deliver scalable and available systems.
f) Strong English communication skills for engaging with end-users and stakeholders, including leadership workshops and translating business needs into technical specifications.
Must document all work, including discussions, architecture, business model, process flows, data dictionaries, ER diagrams, and data mappings using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
2 years of experience in an independent role facilitating and accelerating Power Platform projects with clients and stakeholders with minimal supervision.
Experience in solution design and visualizing how various Power Platform solutions add value to business use cases.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for status updates and documentation for stakeholders from end-users to management.
Ability to analyze existing tools and databases used by customers and provide solution recommendations.
Deep understanding of business industry processes is welcomed (e.g., Healthcare, Retail, Finance, Trading, Logistics, Machinery, Energy).
Interest in user business and new technology such as AI.
Multi-tasking and time management in an enterprise environment with punctuality.
