Job Description
Develop Key Account Plan & Strategies – Sales, Trade Activities
Marketing plan and sales development to increase sales
Build strong customer relationships with buyers and retailers.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
Plan daily work schedule to visit retail/sales outlets.
Implement and execute plans to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
Experience and familiarity in servicing retail outlets, departmental stores, hypermarkets, supermarkets (e.g., NTUC, Giant, Mustafa, Taka, Sheng Siong, Japan Home, Isetan, OG, etc.).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Preferably 1 year of sales experience in the supermarket FMCG industry.
