The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.
The training programme consists of 15 months of local attachment with GSK. Due to the nature of the programme, we can only consider Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
A certificate will be given to successful trainees upon completion of the programme.
What will you do?
Involve in and not limited to:
Maintenance and Calibration Project
Improvement in process reliability
Equipment troubleshooting
Qualification of new equipment
SOP amendment due to periodic review/CAPA
Continuous improvement Programme
What will you learn?
You will be exposed to but not limited to:
The different types of equipment that are used for Vaccines manufacturing.
How the equipment functions and the impact of each equipment on the production system.
Liaising with external contractors and vendors for equipment issues and projects.
Liaising with above site (GSK sister plant outside Tuas) for sharing issues or requesting support.
Working closely with quality and production departments on understanding problems that are contributed by process equipment.
Understanding and using the different types of modules in SAP for routine and ad-hoc activities.
A deeper understanding of the requirements of a Vaccines site on producing vaccines.
