The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.

What will you do?
Receipt of materials/chemicals from central warehouse, store and issue to production in a timely manner.
Performing SAP transactions in alignment with physical movement of goods.
Ensure adherence to GMP requirements such as sanitization of materials, cleaning of classified and non-classified areas.
Receive, handle, and manage process waste.
Timely review of temperature graphs from temperature sensors (PEMS and AMS).
Maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation (cycle count).
What will you learn?
c GMP requirements in Biopharma manufacturing environment.
Zone classification and requirements (cleaning and gowning).
Inventory management (Kanban and SAP).
Coordination between requestor, warehouse, and material planner (if shortage of materials).
Exposure to Biopharma production materials and handling methods (material sanitization method).
