Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine customer service skills with cash handling responsibilities.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Cash Handling: Efficiently manage transactions and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Promote room packages to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Accurately process transactions using the Point of Sales (POS) system.
  • Assist with phone, online, and WhatsApp reservations to ensure timely processing.
  • Handle walk-in customers' inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Allocate and arrange karaoke rooms according to customer needs and preferences.
  • Register check-in customers and handle cash transactions at the beginning and end of every work shift.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-year working experience in Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Proactive and good communication skills are essential for success.
  • Service Orientation: Demonstrate a strong service-oriented mindset to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with team members and management to achieve common goals.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new software systems required for work and adapt to changing situations.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledgeable in Point of Sales (POS) is an advantage, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.
