Senior Executive Assistant, HR Group Ops & Technology (1-Year Contract)Location: WEST Salary: SGD 2,580 – 3,000/month Contract: 1-Year Temp (with 1 month gratuity upon completion)Start Date: January 2026About the Role: The HR Group Ops & Technology team is seeking a proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Division Management Office (DMO). You will assist in HR reporting, office administration, and ad-hoc HR projects, contributing to process improvements across the division. What You'll Do: Consolidate and audit HR data for reporting & analytics Create dashboards & trackers to monitor HR performance Support office admin, meetings, and IT/stationery management Participate in ad-hoc HR projects What We're Looking For: Diploma in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields Excel & PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive Strong communication & ability to work independently Contract: 1 year (with 1 month gratuity upon completion)Start: January 2026HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, please send in your resume by clicking "Apply Now".
