Social Media and Performance Marketing Specialist As a Social Media Marketing Specialist at our company, you will play a key role in enhancing our social media strategy to drive engagement and growth. You will be responsible for designing and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring a balance between creativity and performance to achieve revenue and engagement targets. A data-driven approach will be crucial as you implement tracking and measurement tools to optimize conversion funnels and enhance user interactions. Transparency and insights will be provided through monitoring critical campaign metrics and reporting on performance.Your role will involve conducting data-driven experiments to identify incremental gains in customer segments, collaborating closely with creative teams to maintain brand consistency and timely delivery of assets. Qualifying for this position requires 2-4 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in managing social media profiles and a preference for experience in e-commerce businesses. A highly data-driven mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a startup environment are essential qualities. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you interpret and analyze data effectively, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics for marketing analytics, attribution, and planning.Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, along with managing marketing budgets at scale and aligning strategies with business objectives and KPIs, will be key.
