Job Title: Events and Marketing Coordinator

Description:

Vcube Scenting is a fragrance and flavour house that conducts workshops and events on scent crafting. We create beautiful spaces through ambient scenting and offer scented products for corporate gifting and weddings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Optymise marketing funnels to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Develop and execute a content calendar across social media, blog, and email channels.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with brands, designers, and photographers for branded content.
  • Write compelling copy for social media captions, website content, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • GrowCount an active online presence through interaction, engagement campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Monitor trends and use creative formats to increase visibility and engagement.

Workshop and Event Responsibilities:

  • Conduct manage assist in workshops on scent crafting such as perfume and candle making etc.
  • Promote and upsell retail products during the workshops and events.
  • Get pictures, Google reviews, and tags on social media after each workshop.
  • Prepare and pack materials for events/workshops.
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with customers to harness customer loyalty and build customer retention.
  • Assist with producing marketing collaterals (videos, pictures, blogs etc).
  • Check inventory and ensure all materials are fully stocked, refilled.
  • Manage display merchandise and tidiness of the work area at all times.
  • Prepare retail products when necessary.
  • Ensure brand values, brand image, company regulations and guidelines are respected and always upkept.
  • Assist the CEO and team in other workshop/sales/marketing avenues as required.
