We are thrilled to welcome a Scent Design Trainee to our Singapore team, and we hope it's you.
Your Focus
As a Scent Design Trainee, you will be immersed in the world of perfumery, learning from experienced professionals while contributing to the development of innovative fragrance solutions across a variety of product categories.
How You Will Contribute
Assist in the creation and modification of fragrance formulations under the guidance of senior scent designers and perfumers.
Learn and apply knowledge of raw materials, olfactory families, and scent structures.
Support the development of fragrance concepts aligned with brand identity, market trends, and consumer insights.
Participate in sensory evaluations, internal testing, and fragrance stability studies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, R&D, and product development.
Maintain accurate records of formulations, evaluations, and project progress.
Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and the preparation of mood boards and presentations.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Perfumery, or a related field.
Strong interest in fragrance, olfaction, and sensory experiences.
Excellent sense of smell and ability to describe scents using olfactory vocabulary.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
