We are seeking a Sales Perfumery Specialist who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a tailored perfumery experience.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of fragrance notes, product benefits, and usage to effectively recommend suitable scents.
  • Educate customers on the latest fragrance launches and industry trends to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked fragrance display to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient point-of-sale transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards of presentation.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product offerings and adapt to changing customer preferences.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through strategic sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the fragrance or cosmetics sector.
  • Strong ability to describe scents effectively and communicate passionately about perfumes.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Well-groomed and presentable at all times.

Training is provided. Perfume enthusiasts with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
