  • Represent Talent Blaze at industry events and client engagements with thought leadership
  • Familiar with recruitment agency operation and sales

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven success in business development within recruitment or B2B consulting
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution experience
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation capabilities
  • Knowledge of recruitment frameworks, compliance (PDPA/GDPR, ISO, MAS TRM), and workforce planning
