Responsibilities:
Doing the 360-degree practice of recruitment including attracting clients and candidates
Developing relationships, managing active communication with clients
Pre-screening the candidate's CV, assessing the candidate's potential interview and prepare to forward the candidate's profile to clients
Managing the end-to-end process from coordinating with the client to the candidate's start date
Developing and maintaining relations with the HR team/recruiting channel partners
Always keeping in contact with clients to get feedback from candidates
Focused, self-motivated, and confident individual who possesses strong customer service, sales experience, and multi-tasking skills
Preparing wage schedules, employment conditions, compensation, and benefits for employment approval
Requirements:
Passionate in a sales-driven or target-driven working environment
Sociable, outgoing and hustler personality; enjoys meeting new people on a daily basis
Eager and passionate in a recruitment consultancy environment where you will always learn new and different things from time to time
