We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Recruitment Consultant
to join our Banking & Finance division. This is a full 360 recruitment role, requiring end-to-end management of both clients and candidates. You will be responsible for building and managing your own portfolio of clients in the banking and financial services sector across Singapore and/or the broader Southeast Asia region.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Development:
Build and manage relationships with banking and finance clients, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
360 Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end hiring process—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation—ensuring seamless delivery for both clients and candidates.
Candidate Engagement:
Provide market insights and career advice to candidates while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
Market & Brand Building:
Stay updated on industry trends, support marketing efforts, and enhance brand presence through networking and collaboration.
Requirements:
Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within Banking & Financial Services
Strong business development and relationship management skills
Solid understanding of roles within corporate banking, investment banking, asset managers, risk, compliance, finance, or operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Results-driven mindset with a high level of resilience and initiative
