Your key responsibilities
Plan for replenishment based on the IBP forecast.
Drive accountability with market planners in the region to meet the desired days of inventory coverage & operating working capital for responsible product portfolio and take lead in managing the demand and supply imbalance.
Establish an inventory management process with third-party service provider(s) to ensure inventory accuracy, healthy inventory turnover, minimize damages, appropriate storage conditions, and disposal conditions.
Propose planning parameters to meet the intended stock coverage and work with master data team to update in APO planning system. Be the focal point for all Asia Pacific product supply related topics and propose the allocation distribution for both in-stock and non-stock SKUs.
Lead the Short Term Reconciliation process and Inventory Governance meetings to align sales plan and supply capability with the aim to narrow the gap between supply and demand, driving actions to achieve inventory targets. Update Power BI dashboard for weekly meetings.
Collaborate closely with order execution and customer service team on fulfillment of orders. Handle labeling requests from 3PLs or customers.
Work with third-party logistics by providing shipping documents and receiving incoming supplies into SAP as per records provided by the warehousing team. Carry out administrative duties to support audit requirements and ensure smooth tax rebates claims under the Major Exporter Scheme.

You bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or other supply chain management related field.
Familiarity with SAP system, ECC, and APO.
Experience with SCM activities and planning methods.
Experience in the import clearance process.
Familiarity with main issues relating to production, transportation, and warehousing.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Everyangle, and dashboards.
