Project Leadership & Delivery:
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of C2-related project.
Ensure that the project deliverables are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
Manage the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring proper coordination across functional areas.

Agile Project Management:
Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), ensuring iterative progress, continuous feedback, and adaptability to changing requirements.

Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 8-10 years of experience in project management within the Defence domain, specifically with a focus on Command and Control (C2) systems or related technologies.
Proven experience in managing complex projects for defence, or ministry.
Strong understanding of Defence systems, operational environments, and C2 architectures.
Experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to Defence or technology-related projects.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner) are preferred.
Skills & Expertise:
Advanced project management skills with a deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Strong background in Command and Control systems design, integration, and implementation.
Experience with Agile frameworks, including managing sprints, backlog refinement, and iterative planning.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to interact with senior stakeholders and lead diverse teams.
Experience in working with agencies and understanding of security protocols.
In-depth knowledge of risk management, budget control, and resource management in large-scale projects.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
