As a Director of Product Strategy and Marketing , you will be the driving force behind the product and services portfolio. This key leadership role is responsible for shaping the future by identifying new growth areas, technologies, and market opportunities. You will lead the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to market launch, using deep market analysis to define product strategies that expand our market share.

You will also manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence across AMEA.
skills and experience required

15-20 years of experience in a related industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position .

Proven leadership skills with a track record of strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decisive action.

Results-driven and customer-focused with a high degree of integrity.

Adept at managing complex, cross-functional teams and navigating diverse environments, particularly across AMEA.

Experience in the life science industry is a strong plus .
