Job Description
Our client is an established financial services company.
Responsibilities:
Work effectively with team members, share ideas, and actively participate.
Lead end-to-end project management, including defining scope, developing plans, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and project sponsors.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans, complying with risk management frameworks and regulations.
Support organizational change by communicating project goals and impacts.
Manage budgets, allocate resources, and track expenditures.
Ensure quality standards for deliverables.
Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in program/delivery management or large-scale projects, with a strong technical background and proven delivery record.
Experience working across diverse organizational processes.
Project Management certification preferred.
Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
