**Job Profile Summary**:
We are in the midst of rapid and exciting digital transformation across the organization, executing a customer centric strategy, new technologies, scaling ways of working, revamping our structures and building new business capabilities.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual, to join us as a Project Delivery Manager for one of our digital initiatives. The role will be on 1 year contract basis and can be renewed depending on current project scope extension, new projects, and performance.
- Use JIRA to raise Requests/Ticket for implementation team, and draw stats from it for Project monitoring and reporting
- Work with Regional team on new product development roadmap and gather inputs from local business teams on new features and enhancements
- Facilitates all meetings with business/technology team to gather requirements and review project scope
- Identifies & documents and manages project risks, open items, schedules, scope, and priorities
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve project conflicts, and work on ensuring that delivery timelines are being met - including preparing and presenting project status report and issue escalation to Project and Governance Team
- Manage agenda and materials for the initiative Steering Committee meeting, ensuring all decisions are driven through. Ensure decision makers are provided with sufficient, timely information to make effective decisions and such decisions are clearly documented
- Ensure regular communication with key stakeholders, understand any key concerns in how the initiative is being delivered or any risks/issues that have either not yet been identified or are not being progressed. Ensure dependencies and challenges (risks) are escalated and managed. Escalate critical issues to the Sponsor and/or Head of PMO.
- Create strategic communications plans and design specific communication content to meet Value Stream objectives and support the change management for the Value Streams outcome
- Responsible for operational readiness at the end of each business capability release (i.e. trainings in place, party involved received the right comms and collateral, UAT successful)
- Adhere to the Prudential methodology for the project delivery i.e Initiation; Requirements; Design &Configuration; Testing & UAT; Go Live; Project closure
- Ensure timelines (milestones, decisions, and delivery) are managed and value of initiative is achieved, without compromising quality and within budget.
- Ensure final handover of initiative to business as usual processes, carry out a post implementation review (as necessary) to ensure initiative objectives have been delivered, and any lessons learned are fed into future initiative management processes.

**Working Experience**:

- At least 5 years in project delivery/management. Prior Experience as Business Analyst or in other Project Delivery roles serving the insurance/ financial services industry.

**Professional Qualifications**:

- Project Management Certification; PMP or equivalent preferred

**Education**:

- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or Business

**Language**:

- English
