Electrical Solutions Consultant

Role Overview:

This role requires an individual with technical expertise in low-voltage electrical products, including drives, motors, and PLCs. The successful candidate will have experience in site troubleshooting, application skills, and the ability to provide hands-on technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers, sales teams, and consultants through pre- and post-sales interactions, ensuring optimal solutions are proposed.
  • Conduct site troubleshooting and low-voltage electrical drive commissioning to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Organize in-house training sessions for sales and marketing teams to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Develop and deliver technical training seminars at customer premises, covering topics such as product configuration and application.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand regional distribution networks, leveraging expertise in market studies and feedback.
  • Prepare detailed bills of materials based on tender specifications, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Offer exceptional customer support by responding promptly to technical inquiries and understanding customer requirements to propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Create technical manuals, articles, and databases to share knowledge and best practices within the organization.
  • Promptly respond to end-users' and distributors' technical queries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and acquire relevant technical knowledge to remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in handling low-voltage electrical products.
  • Relevant skills in drawing and drive configuration are essential.
  • Strong site troubleshooting and application skills are required, along with the ability to provide hands-on technical support.
  • Project management skills are a plus, enabling effective coordination and execution of projects.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills are necessary for conducting technical trainings and presentations to partners and customers.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and sales attitude are crucial for supporting the sales team and driving business growth.
